3 things WWE got right on this week's RAW and 2 things they got wrong (January 28th, 2019)

Another edition of Monday Night RAW is done and dusted and what a show it was.

In the wake of an explosive Royal Rumble pay per view, the WWE Universe saw Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch punch their tickets to WrestleMania. Finn Balor come up short against Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, though he certainly gave the Beast Incarnate a fight to remember.

But with the iconic pay per view now behind us, the men and women of team RAW look forward to the Elimination Chamber pay per view in less than three weeks time.

Last night, the RAW locker-room certainly tried to impress on their way to the pay per view, though not everyone did. Here are three things the WWE got right of the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, as well as two things that could've been a lot better.

#3 Got it right: Finn Balor, next Intercontinental Champion?

At the Royal Rumble, Finn Balor held nothing back in his goal of regaining the Universal Championship, that was so tragically stripped of him in the summer of 2016.

Punishing the Beast with a flurry of offence, the former NXT Champion certainly made a believer out of many doubters, though came up short, tapping to Lesnar's Kimura Lock.

Now out of the Universal title picture, it looks like The Extraordinary Man will be entering a feud with Bobby Lashley, that could go on until WrestleMania.

With a reported push coming for the Irishman in 2019, hopefully, this will be the moment Balor finally captures gold on the main roster, something that has eluded him since he was drafted to RAW nearly three years ago.
