It was a good week for WWE as the Blue Brand also delivered a stupendous episode. SmackDown Live toppled RAW this week as the show had better matches. Moreover, we also saw some exciting segments.

The first round of the King of the Ring tournament was completed on SmackDown Live this week. Chad Gable defeated Shelton Benjamin, while Ali pinned Buddy Murphy. Lacey Evans made her TV return for the first time since Extreme Rules but the Sassy Southern Belle lost to Bayley. Things got heated between Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston as the two men had a brawl. The storyline of Roman Reigns took an interesting turn when Erick Rowan was exposed as the mysterious attacker of the Big Dog.

SmackDown Live had some impressive matches and the show was enjoyable this week. Let's find out three things WWE made clear on the Blue Brand.

#3 The Revival will challenge The New Day at Clash of Champions

While the challengers for the RAW Tag Team Titles were confirmed on the Red Brand this week, the next challengers for the Tag Titles could be announced soon. The Revival, who have been appearing on SmackDown Live through Wild Card Rule, could chase the SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

The New Day member, Big E, fought Randy Orton on SmackDown Live this week. It was a great match as the powerhouse of New Day showed his proficiency in the ring. The Revival interfered the match and they helped Orton to defeat Big E.

Orton formed a new alliance with The Revival following SummerSlam. Moreover, Dash Wilder and Scott Dawkins crossed paths with the New Day members a couple of times in the past few weeks and we saw a similar scenario on the Blue Brand this week. Since Orton will take on Kingston at Clash of Champions, it is clear that The Revival will fight Xavier Woods and Big E.
