3 ways Rhea Ripley can return to WWE before the end of 2024
Former WWE Women's Champion Rhea Ripley was initially set to face Raquel Rodriguez at Crown Jewel, but because of an injury, she was taken off of the show. Rhea was attacked by Liv Morgan on NXT, which was how WWE wrote her off of TV. However, the orbital injury was sustained a week before on RAW.
Prior to sustaining her injury, Rhea Ripley was involved in an intriguing storyline that featured Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. The angle also involved Raquel Rodriguez and fellow Terror Twin Damian Priest. The story was heating up at the time of the injury, which is why the company will probably pick up where it left off once Rhea is back in action.
This is our list of ways WWE can bring Rhea Ripley back by the end of 2024.
#3 - The Terror Twins could start a feud with The Wyatt Sicks
When The Wyatt Sicks made their WWE debut, there was a lot of hype and hope surrounding the faction. The WWE Universe adored Bray Wyatt, and having his brother leading a stable dedicated to Bray's memory gave fans something to cling to. Since they arrived, their presence has been felt by numerous WWE Superstars, but The Wyatts have not reached the level most fans hoped for.
The Wyatt Sicks' current WWE run has been nothing to write home about. They have recently gone after The Miz and The Final Testament, which has not been very appealing to the fanbase. With that in mind, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest have created something special that fans have gotten behind. If Triple H and his creative brass considered a feud between The Wyatt Sicks and The Terror Twins, it could be a win-win for everyone involved, especially the fans.
#2 - Continue rivalry with Liv Morgan
During her time with The Judgment Day, Rhea Ripley started a compelling on-screen romance with Dominik Mysterio. Their relationship came to an end in April when Liv Morgan attacked her on RAW and took her man. This resulted in the start of the feud between Rhea and Liv, which is still very much alive today.
Despite being out of action, there is a lot of unfinished business between Rhea and Liv, which includes Raquel Rodriguez. As Rhea sits at home nursing her injury, we can only imagine the thoughts of revenge that must be going through her mind. While there is no current timeline regarding her return, fans can only assume that once Rhea does come back, she will be looking for a chance to get back at Liv and take the title she never lost.
#1 - Rhea Ripley could return at Survivor Series: WarGames
Survivor Series was created in 1987 and was considered one of the original "Big Four" annual events, along with SummerSlam, WrestleMania, and Royal Rumble. Each year, it is one of the most anticipated events, with implications that lead into the New Year and the road to WrestleMania.
With Crown Jewel still on the minds of the WWE Universe, we now turn our attention towards the next premium live event, which is Survivor Series: WarGames, coming up at the end of November. This event could be the prime opportunity to bring Rhea Ripley back, possibly in some type of traditional Survivor Series match.
