3 ways The Undertaker could influence WWE at RAW 25th anniversary
The Undertaker will appear at the 25th anniversary edition of Monday Night RAW in January.
Well, given The Deadman’s penchant for doing the unthinkable and January being the Royal Rumble/Road To Wrestlemania season, it’d be folly to think that he won’t impact any of the WWE’s major storylines from that point going forward.
"The Phenom" was last seen at the Showcase of the Immortals in April of this year—a losing effort to Roman Reigns, following which he put down his iconic gear in the middle of the ring. So how exactly could the Undertaker influence the WWE upon his return?
#3 There can be only one true conqueror
It was at Wrestlemania XXX that Brock Lesnar broke The Undertaker’s legendary ‘Mania win-streak, becoming the first person to ever best "The Deadman" on the grandest stage of them all. Fast-forward three years, and the WWE’s Big Dog earned a similar honour, by pinning ‘Taker at ‘Mania XXXIII.
Now that the WWE is rumoured to be pitting the two conquerors of The Undertaker against one another at next year’s edition of Wrestlemania, it seems only fitting for their feud to be kick-started by none other than "The Deadman" himself. The Undertaker could possibly insert himself into the upcoming program between Lesnar and Reigns, building up to WM 34 in New Orleans.
Perhaps, much like Shawn Michaels served as the Special Guest Referee for Undertaker’s Hell In A Cell match against Triple H at WM 28, "The Deadman"—after steadily helping marinate the Lesnar vs Reigns feud—can officiate the match at ‘Mania next year.
Of course, the WWE has to make their move come January 22nd at the 25th anniversary of RAW—a time when the show is guaranteed to garner a considerable amount of interest from all avenues.
