3 Wrestlers who won the ECW, the WWE and the World Heavyweight Championship
The ECW, the WWE and the World Heavyweight Championships, are all recognized as World Championships in the pro-wrestling industry. The wrestlers who hold these titles are considered to be the best among the rest. Unfortunately, the ECW and the World Heavyweight Championships are no more a part of World Wrestling Entertainment.
However, there have been a couple of wrestlers, who had the privilege of winning and wearing all the three Championships. These wrestlers have fought the hard, and proved the world that they were the best. Here is the list of those wrestlers, who won all the three gold belts in the WWE.
#3 Big Show
The Big Show is a veteran in the WWE who has won the World Wrestling Entertainment Championship twice, the World Heavyweight title twice, and the Extreme Championship title once. The 'world's largest athlete', has won several other Championships as well. However, his tenure as a world champion, is remembered by his fans across the globe.
Big Show won the ECW title from Rob Van Dam in an Extreme Rules match. He lost the title to Bobby Lashley, in the Elimination Chamber match, at the December to Dismember PPV. He held the title for 152 days.
He won the WWE World Heavyweight title for the first time from Mark Henry in a chairs match at the TLC PPV. However, his title reign was short-lived, as immediately after the match Daniel Bryan cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. His second reign lasted for more than 70 days.
Show won the WWE title against Triple H and the Rock for the first time. He held the title for 50 days. The second time he won the title, it was against Brock Lesnar. He lost the title to Kurt Angle at the Armageddon PPV.
