Throughout history, WWE has created a plethora of characters. Fans have seen characters with intensity like Ken Shamrock, then characters with narcism such as Lex Luger. However, each performed differently. Albeit their success was dependant on multiple factors. In recent years, WWE has created new brands and developed their NXT division, affording unique opportunities.

Firstly, performers were able to shine through, such as Mustafa Ali on SmackDown, (watch the video below). It provided an opportunity to excite wrestling fans. Finally, it would generate motivation for others to succeed. However, in previous years, WWE failed to utilize their talent effectively, with support going to main event performers.

A great example would be Roman Reigns consistently being pushed, albeit negative crowd reactions. Nevertheless, WWE always reacts with an immense plan to improve their entertainment value. But what will happen in 2019? Let's explore a few options.

#3 Pete Dunne

Since 2016, WWE has afforded excellent content via the NXT UK division. The success has led to the introduction of NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool, (watch the video below). However, what makes the brand successful, is the performers, notable names such as Tyler Bate, Joe Coffey, and Mark Andrews. However, a particular name is Pete Dunne, the NXT UK Champion.

Dunne is a member of British Strong Style alongside Trent Seven and Tyler Bate. Together they made names for themselves in Progress Wrestling, Revolution Pro Wrestling, and ICW. Ultimately their actions helped develop the modern British wrestling scene. Being 25 years old, Dunne has a bright future.

The progress Dunne has made within WWE is positive. Moreover, he has almost singlehandedly improved the NXT UK Championship to prestigious heights. Therefore, at NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool it is likely Dunne's reign will end. Thus, Dunne is free to join Raw or SmackDown, which would be awesome for him.
