3 WWE Superstars who probably attacked Roman Reigns on SmackDown Live
It was a fabulous week for the fans as WWE delivered an exciting episode of SmackDown Live. Since we are just one week away from SummerSlam, the company is leaving no stone unturned to hype the show. Several big matches are set for the Biggest Party of the Summer.
Though some big names are on the card, one notable name is still missing. Roman Reigns, who is undeniably the biggest full-time Superstar of the company, doesn't have an opponent. Interestingly, Reigns closed SmackDown Live this week.
The Big Dog was supposed to announce his SummerSlam opponent on SmackDown, but when he was getting ready to reveal his next opponent, a massive steel structure fell down upon him. Surprisingly, he was unhurt but a strong message was sent.
It is a no-brainer that the mysterious attacker is likely to be the SummerSlam opponent of the former Universal Champion. Here we discuss three WWE Superstars who probably tried to attack Roman Reigns on the Blue Brand this week.
#3 Samoa Joe
Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns have been at each other's throats. Joe has a big chance to be the unknown attacker of Reigns. The two men tussled on RAW last week when the Big Dog defeated Joe. They were set to have the Samoan Summit this week but it was cancelled after a fight broke out. Joe and Reigns had a brawl as The Usos, Cedric Alexander, Gallows & Anderson also got involved.
Reigns and Joe are not strangers as they have faced each other in the past. Considering the two men are brilliant performers, they always deliver amazing matches. If Joe turns out to be the assailant, the match could get confirmed on RAW or SmackDown Live next week. However, the two men already fought in regular matches, hence, a new stipulation could be added to make the bout exciting.
