33-year-old WWE Superstar to receive a major push on SmackDown? Analyzing the reports
Could WWE be ready to give an underutilized star a major push? That is the talk of the wrestling world based on a recent report going around in addition to the events of Friday Night SmackDown just last week.
B-Fab made her WWE SmackDown in-ring debut in a Triple Threat Match as part of the Women's United States Championship Tournament. While she and Candice LeRae both lost to Bayley, a more sustained television push could be in her future.
According to reports, B-Fab has a lot of support from producers and others backstage. It has been said that she is "available, useful, and versatile." Those three words convey a very strong message and outline just how much the brass in World Wrestling Entertainment seem to like the talented performer.
Of course, reports can always be wrong, or somewhat inaccurate. There is a chance that producers do indeed like B-Fab, but Triple H might not be ready to give her a push on WWE television.
Still, after B-Fab worked with Hit Row and got released, re-hired, lost in the shuffle, and then put with The Street Profits, this is the most focus she's received yet. If this continues, The Pride member will truly be in the midst of the biggest push of her career.
B-Fab cut a promo on social media that many WWE fans are praising
As noted, B-Fab had a fantastic showing on WWE SmackDown. She battled Candice LeRae and Bayley in Triple Threat Match and looked like a million bucks. She also had a nice new entrance, which made her feel like a star.
Seemingly in an attempt to capitalize on the buzz surrounding her impressive SmackDown in-ring debut, B-Fab posted a promo on social media. Fans seemed to love the promo and have been gushing about the video on social media. In it, she addressed the actions of Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano on SmackDown.
Ciampa attacked The Street Profits, B-Fab's stablemates, and ruined their chance at dethroning The Motor City Machine Guns. Johnny Gargano came out to try to make peace, but Ciampa pushed his own partner onto his butt. It was a dramatic scene.
In the video above, B-Fab warned DIY and made it clear that Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins will soon be getting revenge. She made sure to tell Johnny that he needs to keep Tommaso in check, as he can end up being punished for the actions of The Blackheart.
It isn't clear when The Street Profits and DIY will clash, nor if B-Fab's push will continue. Given how well she did on SmackDown and how well-received her promo was. However, more television time could be rewarded to her going forward.
