34-year-old WWE superstar to leave a top faction on RAW? Exploring the possibility

Monday Night RAW has seen utter chaos in the last few weeks. Whether it's Bron Breakker's brutal attacks or Liv Morgan's recent romance with Dominik Mysterio, a lot has happened on the red brand, which could change the landscape of WWE entirely. What's more, the next big change could be just around the corner, as a 34-year-old superstar may leave a top faction.

During the WWE Draft 2024, Adam Pearce drafted heel faction Damage CTRL to RAW. The group, consisting of Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, Asuka, and Kairi Sane, was dominant on SmackDown. However, in the last few weeks, they've been brought down a peg. The recent defeats could prompt the 34-year-old SKY to leave the faction.

As mentioned earlier, Damage CTRL has had a tough go of things since they made the switch to RAW. Asuka has picked up an injury, while Kai and Sane just can't seem to pick up a win. The same goes for SKY, who was intent on becoming Queen of the Ring but lost to Lyra Valkyria in the semi-finals.

This led to her having a huge meltdown last week and also during the latest episode of RAW following Kairi Sane's loss to Lyra Valkyria. Taking all this into account, The Genius of The Sky could decide to part ways with the faction.

IYO SKY has heavily depended on her stablemates during her matches in the past. Going out on her own for the first time in a while might do her some good. But at the end of the day, this is all just speculation, and there is no telling what's in store for either SKY or Damage CTRL.

Former Women's World Champion could be leaving RAW soon

If the prospect of IYO SKY leaving Damage CTRL isn't enough to scare fans, RAW could soon see the departure of a major superstar. The superstar in question is former Women's World Champion Becky Lynch. The Man, who has achieved almost everything inside the squared circle, seemingly raised concerns about her future recently. Notably, Becky's current contract is set to expire on June 1, 2024, and the 37-year-old has yet to sign a new deal with the promotion.

Coming off a huge loss against Liv Morgan at the King and Queen of the Ring 2024, Lynch sat down with Lyra Valkyria during the latest edition of RAW. Notably, Valkyria also faced a defeat at the recent premium live event. The veteran decided to impart some wisdom, which led to questions arising about her future. After all, she hinted at potentially "walking away!"

Later that night, The Man challenged Liv Morgan for the Women's World Title inside a Steel Cage. However, interference from Dominik Mysterio once again proved to be her undoing. Following her defeat, Becky Lynch took to her social media account to seemingly indicate that she was not done with the company yet.

It will be interesting to see if the Irish star signs a new deal with the Sports Entertainment juggernaut in the coming weeks.
