34-year-old WWE Superstar to turn face and challenge Bron Breakker? Exploring potential opponent for Bash in Berlin
This past weekend at SummerSlam, Bron Breakker won his first title on the WWE main roster as he defeated Sami Zayn to capture the Intercontinental Championship. The young star is set to take on Sami Zayn next Monday on RAW in a 2 out of 3 falls matchup.
If Breakker can get past Sami, then his attention will turn solely towards Bash In Berlin on August 31st. Whilst many stars will be hoping to fight for the historic title in the German capital, there is one performer that the local crowd is desperate to see get some of the spotlight. Ludwig Kaiser has shown in recent months that he can stand on his own two feet away from the leader of Imperium, Gunther.
With a German crowd on his side, Kaiser may be the perfect opponent for Breakker to face in Berlin, with Ludwig expected to get one of the biggest babyface reactions of the year.
Bron Breakker on winning the Intercontinental Championship
At just 26 years of age, Bron Breakker has already achieved many great things and has defeated some top Superstars on RAW.
Whilst he has only had a few years in the ring, he has taken to the business like a duck to water. This is partly down to his family ties, with his Hall of Fame father Rick Steiner, and his Uncle Scott firmly in his corner.
At SummerSlam, the Steiner Brothers were seen celebrating Bron's win against Sami Zayn. Speaking on the SummerSlam Post-Show, Breakker talked about the moment he shared with his Hall of Fame family members after winning the gold.
"I went up to their booth and gave them both a hug. They both told me they love me and it was cool, man. Wholesome moment like that, I will remember that stuff forever. That’s cool stuff," Bron Breakker said.
Breakker has only been on the main roster for less than a year, but in that time, has had featured matches at top premium live events and has now won the Intercontinental Championship. Having achieved all these things so early, there are certainly much greater things to come for Bron Breakker.
