37-year-old Raw Superstar to leave WWE after June? Exploring potential update on his contract
WWE RAW is home to some of the biggest stars in the pro wrestling business. From Drew McIntyre to Jey Uso, the list of talent on the red brand is exceptional. However, in recent weeks, there have been reports suggesting that some stars may be on their way out of the promotion, and one 37-year-old superstar in particular could be leaving by the end of June.
After a successful spell on NXT, Dijak was once again called up to the main roster following the 2024 WWE Draft. The 37-year-old was drafted to RAW, but he is yet to make an appearance on the red brand. Many are concerned that he may not even make an appearance at all, as reports suggest that his contract with WWE will be up by the end of June.
According to Fightful Select, Dijak's current deal will expire by the end of June. However, WWE is keen to renew his contract, especially considering that there is a lot of interest in the RAW Superstar outside the company. Dijak's representatives, Paragon Talent Group, are currently in the middle of negotiations with the Stamford-based promotion, but no offer has been presented just yet.
As mentioned earlier, Dijak is yet to make an appearance on the red brand. The report also suggests that there are currently no creative plans for the 37-year-old. Nevertheless, he is still active, and most recently, he faced off against Pete Dunne on Main Event. That said, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for the star.
WWE have taken notice of RAW Superstar Dijak's activity on social media
Although Dijak's future with WWE is up in the air, the RAW Superstar has been making waves on social media. The former NXT star does not shy away from sharing his opinions on X (formerly Twitter). He has even received praise from Drew McIntyre for his work on the platform. As a result, it's no surprise that the company has taken notice.
According to Fightful Select, his work on social media has not gone unnoticed by WWE. Given how active he is, it's possible that the company would like to use his online presence to its advantage and perhaps interject it into some storyline in the near future.
The next few weeks will be crucial for Dijak. Although he hasn't been featured heavily on TV recently, he will likely want to stick around with WWE. But only time will tell if the two parties can agree on a deal.
