4 current problems in WWE that are Roman Reigns' fault!
Roman Reigns returned to WWE at SummerSlam following his lengthy post-WrestleMania hiatus and it seems that the problems that are attributed to The OTC since his return are piling up. Two matches on this evening's Saturday Night's Main Event can be traced back to Reigns, and several other issues that have been raised because of the former world champion.
The following list looks at just four of the biggest problems in WWE at present that are Roman Reigns' fault.
#4. Randy Orton's injury leads back to Roman Reigns
Randy Orton has been out of action for several weeks after being attacked by Kevin Owens and hit with a piledriver. It was revealed following the assault that Orton had suffered cervical cord neurapraxia and that he would be out indefinitely.
Orton was attacked by Owens because he was trying to defend Cody Rhodes' actions when he teamed with Roman Reigns to help him against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood.
#3. Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre made his return to WWE earlier than planned and addressed the fact that he had attacked Sami Zayn by explaining that it was because he had reunited with Roman Reigns and helped him win at WarGames. He couldn't believe that Zayn and The Usos would go back to Reigns after their recent issues and took out his frustration on Sami.
He also attacked Jey Uso before he made his on-camera return and he is now yet to be cleared to make his return following the assault. Last night on SmackDown he also took out Jimmy Uso, ahead of his showdown against Sami Zayn tonight at Saturday Night's Main Event.
#2. Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk
Seth Rollins has had issues with Roman Reigns for years and refused to team with him at WarGames, but CM Punk was there to take his spot. This move has since reopened the old wounds between Rollins and Punk and it was noted that The Visionary wasn't happy about it when he interrupted Punk this past week on RAW.
Rollins and Punk were initially set to main event WrestleMania 40 before injuries changed their plans but could now be facing off as part of the RAW's launch show on Netflix next month.
#1. Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens
Cody Rhodes made the mistake of agreeing to help Roman Reigns when he first returned to the company and tried to get back at the new Bloodline. Rhodes and Reigns worked together at Bad Blood before Kevin Owens then attacked him outside of the arena for working with The OTC after the abuse he put Owens through for months.
Owens has since become a thorn in the side of Rhodes and has been able to ambush him several times. They battled for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Bash in Berlin as well, but this one will be much more brutal.
