When one talks about professional wrestling, it goes without saying that fans are an integral part of the show. This has been proven time and again over the course of the past several years.

The biggest event of the year, WrestleMania, boasts tens of thousands of fans packed inside stadiums to watch the action unfold. It only gets better on the night after, when fans from all over the world take over Monday Night Raw. There have been a string of moments that have gained legendary status thanks to fan involvement. On an edition of Monday Night Raw on May 27th, 2002, Eddie Guerrero and Rob Van Dam squared off in a ladder match for the Intercontinental Title. The bout is considered by many as one of the greatest matches ever aired in the history of Monday Night Raw.

WWE's official website lists this match on the 25th spot in the list of 50 greatest Raw matches ever. The exciting contest is always mentioned in lists featuring greatest matches of both RVD and Eddie. During the match, a fan rushed inside the ring and almost threw Eddie Guerrero off the ladder before secrity could contain him. Guerrero responded by attacking him while the referee held him from behind. This didn't deter the two incredibly talented athletes to produce an instant classic.
