4 Possible stipulations for Seth Rollins vs. Damian Priest at WWE Money in the Bank 2024

WWE Monday Night RAW is in front of a sold-out Corpus Christi crowd. The episode featured some of the best and brightest names in World Wrestling Entertainment today, along with a massive surprise that kicked the night off.

Seth Rollins is back! The Visionary has been absent since WrestleMania 40 and has had a lot of pain to work through. Many fans didn't expect him to return until later this year, but he's back and ready to work. He already has a massive match ahead of him.

The Visionary will challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. He made it clear he wanted to regain his title, and the champ accepted the challenge, much to Seth's delight.

Now, all eyes are on the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, where the two will clash. This article will look at a handful of possible stipulations that could potentially be attached to this high-profile championship match.

#4. Judgment Day could be barred from ringside

Judgment Day has been one of WWE's most successful factions for several years now. The group initially had Edge as its leader, with Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and then Finn Balor added. However, the Hall of Famer was booted, and the stable evolved.

Today, The Judgment Day features the likes of Carlito and Liv Morgan seemingly angling for a spot in the WWE faction. That is terrible news for any superstar who squares off against a member of the stable.

As a result, a simple stipulation for Damian Priest vs. Seth Rollins could be to have Judgment Day barred from ringside or even from the arena altogether. This would ensure that the bout remains fair.

#3. The two men could fight in a Ladder Match

A Ladder Match is one of the most exciting but physically intense bouts in pro wrestling. To win, a WWE star must climb a ladder and pull down a title hanging above the ring. It is brutal, though, as ladders can be used as weapons.

Two of these matches will be at the MITB Premium Live Event. Men's and Women's Money will be in the Bank Ladder Matches, the latter featuring former WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY.

Before Damian's interruption, Seth seemingly wanted to enter the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. While he now has a direct title match, Rollins could still get his wish. Triple H could have Priest and The Visionary clash in a singles Ladder Match, making for three on the same night.

#2. WWE Superstars could partake in a Lumberjack Match

A Lumberjack Match is one of the more unique stipulation bouts. Typically, two stars compete while a handful of wrestlers, or at times even fans, stand outside of the ring. If a WWE star goes out to the floor, it is up to the lumberjacks to throw the competitor back into the ring.

Given that The Judgment Day consists of JD McDonagh, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, Damian Priest, and the injured Rhea Ripley, there is reason to believe that up to four stars could try to interfere in a title match. A Lumberjack Match could give them that choice but with a twist.

If Judgment Day is made lumberjacks, so could enemies of the faction. The likes of Braun Strowman, Rey Mysterio, and Dragon Lee could also be there to keep interference from the fierce stable at bay and hopefully lead to a match that's equally chaotic for both parties.

#1. Seth Rollins and Damian Priest could clash inside a steel cage

The rules of a Steel Cage match can vary from promotion to promotion, but in WWE, the only way to win is by pinfall, submission, or escaping the cage.

Many WWE Superstars have been in memorable Steel Cage Matches in the past. Just last year, Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus clashed in what proved to be an absolute modern classic inside the steel mesh.

If there is a concern regarding Judgment Day interference, the best way to prevent it is by locking both Damian Priest and Seth Rollins inside a cage. Technically speaking, interference is still possible. It would be much more challenging to pull off, thus allowing the two men to have a fair match.
