4 possible winners of the 2019 women's Money in the Bank contract
The women's Money in the Bank match was first done in 2017 and I'm pretty sure WWE wants you to forget about the finish of that match.
In that match, James Ellsworth grabbed the briefcase and gave it to Carmella, only for the decision to be overturned and a rematch made. The rematch on SmackDown saw Carmella win again, this time by grabbing the case herself. Alexa Bliss won the match last year and cashed in on the same show to win the Raw women's title, pinning Nia Jax.
So in the 2 years we have had a miss Money in the Bank, we have had someone hold it for a couple of hours and someone hold it until the day after WrestleMania 34. We haven't had a really good woman superstar hold the briefcase and have a good and long run with it yet, so maybe this year will be the year. Third time's a charm.
These four superstars could be the winners of the briefcase this year.
#4 Ruby Riott
You know what a good briefcase holder could do, have her heel buddies interfere to make her win the women's title. Luckily for Ruby Riott, she has two friends that could do just that.
Ruby Riott impressed many with her short run in NXT and has been on the main roster for well over a year now and runs her own stable. She is accompanied in her squad by Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan.
With Ruby being a heel, having Liv and Sarah help her win the title and tease cashing in a lot would be something WWE could do with the briefcase this year. It's a definite possibility.
