4 reasons why Becky Lynch's injury seems to be a work
The Irish Lass Kicker was in the best run of her WWE Career, but an untimely injury to her has led to the SD Live Women's Champion being written off TV for a while. Becky Lynch was all set to battle the RAW Women's Champion, Ronda Rousey, in one of the most anticipated matches of the year at WWE Survivor Series.
WWE Creative had built up the match in one of the best ways possible, but an accident during SD Live's RAW invasion led to the match being taken off from the match card of the inter brand warfare, much to the disappointment of the WWE Universe.
Nia Jax hit Becky Lynch so hard that Becky suffered a concussion after the match, and was even bleeding during the invasion segment. However, looking at the way events have turned out since Becky's injury, it seems like this injury angle was a work.
Here are 4 reasons why Becky Lynch's injury seems to be just a work.
#4 Instead of being punished, Nia Jax has been booked to be the #FaceBreaker on RAW
Well, let me first take you back to June 2018 when Jinder Mahal was feuding with the golden boy of Vince McMahon, Roman Reigns. The two even had a match at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view where Reigns emerged victorious, but that was the last we saw of Jinder portraying The Modern Day Maharaja gimmick.
All of a sudden, he returned to his old 'Shanti' gimmick, the reason being revealed that Jinder failed to get Roman over with the crowd, and as a result was buried on TV from a former WWE Champion to a jobber.
Nia Jax took out the best superstar of the WWE whom fans were considering as the next face of the company, yet she has been booked to embrace the heat, and has continued to be the #1 contender despite the public backlash. If this injury was an accident, the WWE backstage officials would have buried Nia to the ground, but that isn't the case here.
