This week's episode of WWE RAW was pretty good, at least when you compare it to what we were getting in late 2018. The 'Moment of Bliss' segment on WWE RAW saw EC3 finally make a proper appearance. Nia Jax soon interrupted the segment and this eventually led to Dean Ambrose interrupting too.
Ambrose went after EC3 on the mic, getting into the former NXT Superstar's face. This eventually led to Dean Ambrose facing EC3 one on one inside the ring, which was incidentally EC3's televised in-ring main roster debut. The match was eventually won by the debuting EC3. Why did Dean Ambrose lose on WWE RAW once again? We take a look at 5 reasons why.
#4 To make EC3 look strong on his debut

EC3 made his main roster in-ring debut on WWE RAW and this reason has to be the most obvious one on this list. Since this was the first time a large part of the WWE RAW fans saw EC3 wrestle, he had to pick up a win to look strong. The fact that he beat Dean Ambrose, a former WWE Champion and WWE Intercontinental Champion, makes it an even more impressive debut for EC3.

#3 Slowly turning Ambrose back as a babyface

Although the rumors do suggest that Dean Ambrose is leaving, I think that WWE may be working towards an Ambrose vs Triple H match at WrestleMania regardless of his contract situation. With that in mind, Ambrose showed some clear babyface tendencies last night instead of the outright heel he was playing a couple of weeks ago.
This could also be the start of a new losing streak storyline for Ambrose in the lead up to WrestleMania 35.
