4 Royal Rumble entrants who have never been eliminated from the match

Ye
Yep, this really is how Vince McMahon looked, in the 1999 Royal Rumble

When it comes to the Royal Rumble, even casual WWE fans can reel off the most notable record-breakers in the event’s 30-year history.

The majority of fans know who has won more Rumble matches than anyone else (Steve Austin - 3), while it’s common knowledge that Kane has racked up the most eliminations (44) through the years.

However, in doing a bit of research ahead of this year’s show in Philadelphia, we looked back at every Rumble that has ever taken place and stumbled across one stat that you’re almost certainly unaware of.

So, without any further ado, let’s take a look at the only four entrants in Rumble history who have never been eliminated from the match.

Axelmani
Axelmania ran wild in 2015!

When this headline came up, you probably immediately thought of Curtis Axel. However, we’re looking for entrants who have never, EVER been eliminated from the match, not just from one specific Royal Rumble, but from any Rumble in history.

That rules out Axel, who has been eliminated from other Rumbles outside of his 2015 non-elimination after being attacked by Erick Rowan.

It also rules out Randy Savage (1991), Skull (1998), Scotty 2 Hotty (2005), Hornswoggle and Finlay (both 2008), who weren’t eliminated in those respective Rumbles but went on to be eliminated in other years.
