4 Shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend - AJ Styles shocks the wrestling world, popular star interviewed

WWE Network and Peacock continue to be in a bit of a lull in terms of new programming arriving on the service. Gone are the days and hours of classic content added each month, and even the original specials are rare.

Still, new programming is arriving each week, even if in small numbers. Monday, for example, saw a new episode of RAW Talk stream immediately following the red brand's latest show. Additionally, a week-old episode of NXT was made available in many markets on Tuesday.

With WWE's The Bump still on hiatus, Wednesday was a bit slower, as only one video was added on demand. The aforementioned Wednesday addition was a month-old episode of RAW. Lastly, a brand new edition of This Week In WWE streamed on Thursday.

Just four new videos are being promoted to arrive this weekend ahead of what will likely be a busier Money in the Bank week seven days later. This week's uploads include brand-new in-ring action, shows aired on other platforms, and more. What will arrive on demand?

Below are four shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend.

#4. The SmackDown LowDown will return with new interviews

SmackDown LowDown will once again air on WWE Network and Peacock this weekend. The popular show's next installment will be available on Saturday, June 28, at around 10 AM EST.

For those unaware, The SmackDown LowDown is an analysis-based post-show following SmackDown the prior night. Megan Morant and Scott Stanford break down the action while a handful of interviews are spliced into the program.

Last week's edition of the popular show is available on demand at any time, but the interview portion can be seen in the video above. Carmelo Hayes and Chelsea Green talked about their big wins in Money in the Bank qualifiers. Additionally, LA Knight was interviewed.

#3. WWE Main Event & #2. Friday Night SmackDown, two recent shows will arrive on demand

Friday Night SmackDown and Main Event will be added to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend. These are past editions of each show, as SmackDown has an exclusive deal with the FOX Network that delays episodes arriving for up to a month. Meanwhile, Main Event has a deal with Hulu that delays video uploads for around two weeks.

WWE Main Event from June 13, 2024, will arrive on demand on Saturday, June 29. This edition of Main Event featured a plethora of quality talent. The opener saw Akira Tozawa take on Bronson Reed. Meanwhile, the main event of Main Event saw the popular Creed Brothers clash with the New Catch Republic.

Friday Night SmackDown from May 31, 2024, will also be added to the archives, but this show will arrive on Sunday, June 30. This edition of the blue brand saw AJ Styles shock the world by teasing a retirement, only to turn heel and savagely beat down Cody Rhodes. Nia Jax also has a crowning ceremony on the show.

#1. NXT Level Up will stream

The final addition to this week's WWE Network and Peacock additions list is a new episode of NXT Level Up. The NXT b-show will air on Friday, June 28 at 10 PM EST, immediately following SmackDown on FOX.

As a reminder, the show will stream on Peacock, but after that initial stream, the show won't be available for over two weeks, thanks to a deal the promotion has with Hulu. This is similar to the aforementioned deal with Main Event.

As has become the norm, three matches will be airing on WWE NXT Level Up this week. The main event will see Jacy Jayne's apprentice in action as the talented Jazmyn Nyx will go one-on-one with Kendal Grey.

Two other bouts are booked for the show. Chase University's Riley Osborne will be going one-on-one with Jasper Troy. Additionally, the NXT Level Up Gatekeeper Dante Chen will take on No Quarter Catch Crew's Myles Borne.
