4 superstars who could switch brands in the 2019 Superstar Shake-Up
The WWE Superstar Shake-Up takes place after WrestleMania every year. The Shake-up is exciting when several superstars switch brands. Considering WWE has a big pool of talented superstars, numerous superstars benefit after moving from brands.
The Road to WrestleMania started at Royal Rumble, and the storylines are developing for the Grandest Stage of Them All. WrestleMania is less than two months away, and the show will be held on 7th April at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.
The Superstar Shake-Up generally takes place after WrestleMania. WWE already announced the Shake-up dates this year: the 15th and 16th April, one week after WrestleMania 35.
Many superstars are expected to change brands in April. Here we discuss four superstars who might swap brands this year.
#4 Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss has a big chance of switching brands this year. Currently, Bliss is an integral part of Raw, but she has not been in the title picture. Since Bliss is a top superstar of the women's division, she could get a better chance in the blue brand.
Alexa Bliss has attained incredible success in a short period. The Goddess had a substandard run in NXT, but she reinvented herself on the main roster. In fact, Bliss switched brands after she was drafted to Smackdown Live. She won the Smackdown Women's title twice, and she established herself as the top heel of the women's division.
Bliss went to Raw in 2017, where she continued her impressive run. Bliss won the Raw women's title thrice. As a matter of fact, Bliss was the first woman to win both the Smackdown Women's title and Raw Women's title.
With Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch likely to move to Raw after WrestleMania 35, Smackdown requires a top female superstar. Bliss could be a good addition to the blue brand, where she had significant success in the past.
