4 Things Charlotte Flair can do at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event

A recent report claims that multi-time champion Charlotte Flair could return to WWE as soon as at Saturday Night's Main Event. If true, it would mark The Queen's first appearance in a WWE ring in nearly a year.

Flair injured her knee in a match with Asuka on SmackDown last December. Since then, she's watched as Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, and Nia Jax won big matches. If she's slated for a return, it will surely be in a big spot.

The divisions have moved on in her absence, but her credibility and star power would help RAW or SmackDown. Charlotte Flair could do any of the next four things if she emerges at Saturday Night's Main Event.

#4. A surprise in-ring segment leads to a big match on RAW

One simple thing Charlotte Flair could do at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event is have a segment to lay out an open challenge for the premiere of RAW on Netflix.

It would not only give her a prime spot on the huge debut but also set up a potential debut or return of another star.

Roxanne Perez, Cargill, Alexa Bliss, or another big name could eventually answer the challenge. The debut episode will be chock full of stars and should have a few big surprises, debuts, or returning names to keep fans engaged.

#3. Immediately return to the title scene

The most likely thing Charlotte Flair could do at Saturday Night's Main Event is confront the winner of the Women’s World Championship match between Iyo Sky and Liv Morgan.

Flair has tangled with both over the years but has been on SmackDown. Both Liv and Iyo moved to RAW over the last two years, with Iyo drafted from SmackDown to RAW this year.

While Liv is still likely to battle Rhea Ripley, Flair is usually thrust into title pictures upon her return. If she moves to RAW, that will be one of her directions.

Confronting the first-ever Women's United States Champion at the event won't help that star's momentum if Flair immediately crashes the historic moment.

#2. She prevents history from repeating itself with Money in the Bank

Another way Flair can make an impact at Saturday Night's Main Event is by stopping a potential cash-in from Tiffany Stratton.

Both women are similar in look, wrestling style, and athleticism. They share similar move sets as well. Stratton has become extremely popular while The Queen has been off TV.

She knows a few things about losing a title because of Money in the Bank. The interesting note would be if Flair prevented a cash-in, would they boo her or cheer her?

Stratton quickly got over in Flair's absence. Preventing the cash-in may make Flair a villain in fans' eyes, but it would set up her first feud back from injury.

#1. The mystery is finally solved at Saturday Night's Main Event

Instead of actually getting physical, Flair could hit the ring at Saturday Night's Main Event for a big revelation. There haven’t been many developments in the saga of who attacked Jade Cargill. It would make sense if Bianca Belair or Naomi attacked The Storm because both need heel turns.

If Bayley or one of the heels from WarGames attacked Cargill, it would just be lazy writing. However, if Flair returns and admits she’s the one who pushed Cargill onto the car, it would make sense.

They had a stare-down before Cargill officially joined SmackDown and before Flair was injured. Flair is believable as the attacker due to her physical nature.

The revelation could also be another wrinkle between Belair and Flair. The two were headed for a one-on-one showdown before Iyo Sky cashed in and won the WWE Women's title.
