4 things Sami Zayn can do at WWE Crown Jewel

WWE Crown Jewel is just days away from airing. This is the next premium live event hosted by World Wrestling Entertainment, and one of just two announced for the main roster for the remainder of 2024. The other, of course, is Survivor Series WarGames.

In what is a major break from the recent mold, seven matches have been announced for the upcoming PLE. This includes two big-time champion vs. champion bouts, a Women's Tag Team Championship contest, and more.

One person who hasn't been announced for Crown Jewel is Sami Zayn. Despite being a favorite of Saudi Arabia fans, The Underdog From The Underground does not have a match at the big show. With seven bouts announced, that is unlikely to change.

Still, no match doesn't mean Sami won't appear at the show at all. This article will examine a handful of things the former Intercontinental Champion could potentially do if he appears at the big premium live event this weekend.

Below are four things Sami Zayn can do at WWE Crown Jewel.

#4. He could help Solo Sikoa's Bloodline at WWE Crown Jewel

An interesting segment took place on WWE Monday Night RAW. After a backstage segment gone awry with Jey Uso, Sami Zayn was spotted talking outside. The person he was talking to was the leader of the new Bloodline, Solo Sikoa.

Sikoa and Sami Zayn chatting is quite interesting. Solo is the leader of the group, which also includes Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa. They will be battling the O.G. Bloodline at Crown Jewel in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Now, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion could find himself making a heartbreaking decision.

Jey Uso disrespected Sami by essentially implying he should butt out of his reunion with Jimmy, citing it as 'family business'. With that and the meeting Sami had with Solo, he could shockingly help The Bloodline defeat The O.G. three at Crown Jewel. Who knows, Zayn could even join this version of the stable, making them stronger than ever.

#3. Sami Zayn could swerve fans after RAW and help The O.G. Bloodline win

As noted, Sami Zayn didn't have a good night on WWE RAW. He was essentially disrespected by Jey Uso, someone he long considered a friend. He also had the aforementioned conversation with Solo Sikoa.

Nobody knows what was said during the conversation with Solo, but if nothing else, it seemed peaceful. Naturally, fans think a heel turn could be coming. Instead, however, this could be a big swerve by Jey Uso and Sami that will shock WWE fans.

The two having issues could have been manufactured and set up. Come Crown Jewel, Sami could show up, and Solo Sikoa might think he's going to help his version of The Bloodline, but instead, he could hit a Helluva Kick to a member of The Bloodline and ultimately aid The Usos and Roman Reigns.

#2. He could even the odds post-match

The issues could be manufactured, but that likely isn't the case. While Sami Zayn has billed himself as The Master Strategist in the past, he is generally not super manipulative these days. Jey Uso isn't either.

Still, just because the two had issues on WWE RAW doesn't mean Sami Zayn will inherently turn heel or betray his friend. Instead, he might try to stay out of things at WWE Crown Jewel until it potentially gets to the point where he has to intervene.

If The Bloodline assaults Roman, Jey, and Jimmy post-match and uses the numbers advantage to try to hurt The O.G. Bloodline, Sami's emotions and heart could lead to him running out and making the save despite his better judgment. It might not be for Roman or even Jimmy, though. Instead, he'll even the odds for Jey's sake.

#1. Sami Zayn could turn heel and help Kevin Owens beat Randy Orton

Sami Zayn notably said he thought Jey Uso should stay out of The Bloodline business. As a result, he might do exactly that at WWE Crown Jewel. Instead, he might get involved in an entirely different story.

Kevin Owens and Randy Orton are set to go one-on-one at the upcoming Saudi show. The former close friends are now looking to hurt each other after Owens' betrayal of Cody Rhodes and Randy seemingly taking The American Nightmare's side.

Come WWE Crown Jewel, Owens could look for help from the one person who always has his back: Sami Zayn. The Prizefighter could get help from Sami to defeat Randy Orton. From there, Owens and Zayn could be reunited as heels looking to takeover and dominate Orton and Rhodes. Who knows, they could even win tag team gold again.
