4 Things WWE shouldn’t do at Crown Jewel

WWE Crown Jewel is almost here! The big-time premium live event will be airing beginning at 1 PM EST on Saturday, November 2. The show will be taking place live at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In a change from the norm, seven big-time matches have been announced for the exciting show. The two biggest matches are arguably a Six-Man Tag Team Match featuring The Bloodline and Cody Rhodes taking on Gunther to decide the first-ever Crown Jewel Champion.

Beyond those bouts, a Women's Tag Team Title match will take place, Liv Morgan and Nia Jax will clash to decide the first-ever Women's Crown Jewel Champion, and Randy Orton will battle Kevin Owens. Additionally, Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed will go one-on-one and LA Knight will put his title on the line.

While there is a lot of fun to be had at the big show, Triple H and company officials need to avoid making a few select booking decisions while the company has momentum on its side. This article will look at a handful of things the company should avoid doing at Crown Jewel.

Below are four things WWE shouldn’t do at Crown Jewel.

#4. Roman Reigns shouldn't be pinned if The O.G. Bloodline lose

As noted, there will be a huge Six-Man Tag Team Match featuring The Bloodline at WWE Crown Jewel. The twist here is that it actually features two versions of the group: Solo Sikoa's Bloodline and The O.G. Bloodline.

Solo Sikoa's version of the stable will include three of the four members of The Bloodline faction, meaning it could include Solo himself, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, or Tonga Loa. Any combination of the three is possible. The other trio, of course, is Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso.

While Solo Sikoa's version of The Bloodline should win to give The O.G. Bloodline reason to fight at Survivor Series: WarGames, Roman Reigns shouldn't get pinned. He is far too popular to lose in such a big match right now. Instead, it should be Jimmy or Jey who takes the loss, ultimately setting up for the three to win big later in the month.

#3. Rhea Ripley shouldn't attack Liv Morgan yet

The story of Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan has had a lot of ups and downs for both women. They've both been heels and babyfaces in their WWE storyline and both women have injured the other.

Unfortunately, their story took a rough turn after Rhea Ripley made a surprise appearance in WWE NXT. While in the parking lot, The Eradicator was shockingly attacked by Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan who were wielding baseball bats.

Rhea is hurt, but many believe she'll appear at Crown Jewel to get revenge. This would be a mistake. Whether Rhea is legitimately hurt or not, it is best for her to sell the injuries for the coming weeks. Physical activity, if she is hurt, is a bad idea, but even if it is a kayfabe injury, it will make her return more impactful if her revenge is delayed.

#2. Seth Rollins shouldn't win at WWE Crown Jewel

Bronson Reed is one of the most dominant and imposing superstars in WWE and all of pro wrestling. While he's been in a solid role throughout his entire tenure in the company, Reed has been reaching new heights lately.

The big man has dominated the likes of R-Truth and Braun Strowman, attacking and injuring both men. Now, he is set to have the biggest match of his pro wrestling career when he goes one-on-one with Seth Rollins at WWE Crown Jewel. This comes after Rollins was Bronson's first victim in this new push.

While typical storytelling would have the heroic Rollins return and defeat the monster, that isn't the route Triple H and World Wrestling Entertainment should take. Bronson needs a big win to establish him as a top guy. If he defeats Seth at Crown Jewel, Reed will be a made man. Seth should not win this time around.

#1. Sami Zayn shouldn't join Solo Sikoa's Bloodline

As noted, there is a massive Bloodline Six-Man Tag Team Match at WWE Crown Jewel. While everyone involved has key roles, there is another that hasn't been discussed yet: Sami Zayn's role.

Sami Zayn and Jey Uso had a confrontation on WWE RAW where the former "Honorary Uce" warned Jey to stay away from The Bloodline. Both men had bad pasts with Roman Reigns and the stable.

Jey essentially told Sami it was family business and he wouldn't understand, which clearly hurt Zayn. Sami was then seen talking to Solo Sikoa privately.

Some believe Sami will turn heel at Crown Jewel and join Solo Sikoa's Bloodline, but this would be a mistake. Fans want to see The O.G. group back together and that includes Sami. Plus, it would make the numbers too uneven.
