4 WWE RAW spoilers you need to know for this week - Massive return from injury; Money in the Bank cash-in attempt
WWE Monday Night RAW is the longest-running weekly program the Sports Entertainment juggernaut offers. The show launched over 30 years ago back in 1993 and has remained a major part of television ever since.
For the bulk of RAW's existence, the show has been aired live for those in the United States and often in other markets. There have been eras where it was taped, but that hasn't been the case for decades, at least outside of an occasional episode.
Tonight's edition of Monday Night RAW will be one of the rare cases where the program is pre-taped. The show actually took place on the same night as last week's program and thus, the results have leaked online.
While the full spoilers are available, this article will focus on four specific ones that you need to know. This includes two stars making their return, the outcome of a huge title match, and an attempted Money in the Bank cash-in.
Below are four WWE RAW spoilers you need to know for this week.
#4. The War Raiders return!
The War Raiders are back! Erik and Ivar, best known to WWE fans as The Viking Raiders, have unfortunately been out of action for quite some time. Erik was hurt and required surgery, meanwhile, Ivar kept wrestling as a singles star until he too needed to have his body fixed.
The pair were originally known as War Machine on the indies, but once they signed with WWE, the two became The War Raiders on NXT. Vince McMahon changed their name upon their main roster call-up, but now they are back on RAW and have returned to being The War Raiders.
War Raiders' return match was against Akira Tozawa and Otis of The Alpha Academy. According to reports, the pair defeated the two former champions quite quickly, making for a dominant return.
#3. Tiffany Stratton tries to cash in her Money in the Bank contract
Tiffany Stratton is Ms. Money in the Bank. She won the prized briefcase by winning the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match this past summer. This guarantees her a shot at any women's title in WWE, be it on RAW, SmackDown, or NXT.
Stratton has been sent to Monday Night RAW to try to take care of Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez after the WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax felt disrespected by the two. This eventually led to the unlikely duo of Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton vs. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in tonight's main event.
The bout will end as a result of disqualification when Nia Jax shows up and attacks. During the chaos, Nia tells Tiffany to cash in her briefcase on Liv, but Dominik Mysterio thwarts the attempt and pulls Morgan to safety. In turn, this furthers the Nia-Tiffany tension, while also continuing the issues between Rhea and Liv.
#2. The Final Testament and The Miz fail
The Final Testament have been up to no good on WWE Monday Night RAW. The group is led by Karrion Kross and also features The Authors of Pain, Scarlett, and Paul Ellering. Recently, Kross has been manipulating The Miz in various segments and his plotting has worked up until this point.
The Miz betrayed his Awesome Truth partner, R-Truth, and the two are now set to clash on WWE Monday Night RAW. This eventually leads to The Final Testament coming out to help The Miz, but their interference fails.
The distraction leads to R-Truth winning over The Miz, which surely will anger The A-Lister. This marks yet another failure on his part and The Final Testament, who don't have a great track record at the moment.
#1. The WWE Women's Tag Team Champions stand tall
The final thing you need to know heading into WWE Monday Night RAW tonight is that gold will be on the line. More specifically, the reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champions will be putting their belts on the line against Damage CTRL.
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair will clash with IYO SKY and Kairi Sane. According to reports, the four talented women put on a great match with Belair and Cargill ultimately keeping the Women's Tag Team Titles around their waists.
This likely doesn't come as a major surprise, as Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson have noted they want another shot at the champions. Additionally, Piper Niven and Chelsea Green have their eyes set on the gold. As a result, The Sky Pirates losing seemed inevitable.
