4 WWE Superstars who haven't been seen on RAW and SmackDown since the Draft

WWE is brimming with stacked rosters across all brands. While there is some intermingling, each show is meant to have its own exclusive roster. RAW, SmackDown, and NXT each feature many performers who compete on television, at Premium Live Events, and even at house shows.

Talent is signed throughout the year, but the company manages to shake things up with a near-yearly Draft. The 2024 WWE Draft featured a mix of major moves, call-ups, and a new defensive strategy by the General Managers to keep talent on their brand.

Unfortunately, not every star gets the attention they deserve from management. Even in the Triple H-led era, where wrestlers are used far more effectively, some performers slip through the cracks. This article will look at a handful of stars who haven't been seen since the latest edition of the Draft.

Below are four WWE Superstars who haven't been seen on RAW and SmackDown since the 2024 Draft:

#4. Shinsuke Nakamura hasn't been around

Shinsuke Nakamura is a veteran of both pro wrestling and mixed martial arts. He joined WWE through NXT, where he won the brand's top title. He has since won mid-card gold while on the main roster, besides winning the Men's Royal Rumble Match in 2018.

The King of Strong Style's last televised match was in the April 22, 2024, episode of RAW, where he lost to Sheamus in a singles match. He was drafted to SmackDown during the Draft but has yet to feature in a televised match on the blue brand.

However, Nakamura has remained somewhat active despite not being used on television. He has battled the likes of Braun Strowman, Cody Rhodes, and LA Knight in dark matches and at non-televised live events.

#3. Odyssey Jones' absence has been bizarre

Odyssey Jones is a 30-year-old powerhouse. Jones made his in-ring debut for WWE in late 2019, but the COVID-19 pandemic delayed his development. He became a semi-regular on NXT before suffering an unfortunate injury in early 2022. He recovered and returned later that same year.

The 30-year-old has been absent since the 2023 WWE Draft. He was moved to RAW during the 2023 Draft and was retained by the flagship show earlier this year. However, the talented wrestler has yet to make an appearance on RAW.

Jones has been working off and on at live events and doing SmackDown dark matches. Many thought he might end up with The Pride or in a tag team with Cameron Grimes, but as of this writing, nothing has materialized for the big man.

#2. Tegan Nox is grossly underutilized

Tegan Nox is one of WWE's most grossly underutilized stars. She started in the company through the Mae Young Classic, NXT, and NXT UK. She was called up to SmackDown in 2021 but was released by Vince McMahon after not being used for months. Nox returned during the Triple H-led regime in 2022 and has experienced peaks and troughs since then.

The Girl with The Shiniest Wizard hasn't competed on WWE programming since April 1, 2024, when she, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler lost to Damage CTRL's Asuka, Kairi Sane, and Dakota Kai.

Nox has since been drafted to SmackDown but has yet to appear on the blue brand's television show. Tegan did recently work a dark match against Blair Davenport. Hence, perhaps a feud with the former NXT star could be in the books.

#1. Giovanni Vinci hasn't been seen on WWE TV since getting kicked out of Imperium

Giovanni Vinci is an athletic marvel. The Italian superstar started his career in WWE as part of the Cruiserweight Classic and later on NXT UK. He then moved to NXT, where he held tag team gold. Vinci eventually re-joined Imperium, a stable he was known for, upon being called up to the main roster.

The talented Italian star hasn't been seen for several months now. His last match on WWE television came during the April 22nd edition of Monday Night RAW. He and Ludwig Kaiser lost against The New Day, which led to Kaiser viciously assaulting Vinci.

Vinci has since been drafted to the Friday Night SmackDown brand. However, he has yet to appear on TV. Some believe he'd be best suited for NXT, but it remains to be seen what Triple H and company officials have planned for the absent performer.
