5 better number 30 entrants for the Royal Rumble match than R-Truth

Omega in the Royal Rumble, why not?
Omega in the Royal Rumble, why not?

The Royal Rumble is one of the most exciting pay-per-views in wrestling history, and that is due to the marquee Royal Rumble match, because the suspense that comes with every countdown is amazing, as you never truly know who is coming out next.

And while the Royal Rumble traditions include Kofi Kingston's recoveries, a rampage by a monster megastar, and the nostalgic fulfillment of seeing one of your childhood heroes bring back awesome memories, the number thirty spot is as important as anything else in the entire match.

But this year, we already know who will take this valuable spot, because after winning the meaningless Mixed Match Challenge season two, R Truth has the chance of a lifetime to win the Royal Rumble, as he is the 30th entrant.

While some feel this is WWE playing around with fan expectations, we could actually see Mr. Dance Break himself get this possible career changing spot, but who could have been better in his spot?

#1 Kevin Owens

The Prizefighter is looking for a huge resurgence

The story of Kevin Owens' career in WWE has not been a happy one, well at least up to this point, as WWE has truly misused the multi-talented big man for far too long, and to be honest it feels like an eternity ago when KO burst on the scene and destroyed John Cena in his first match.

But WWE has the opportunity to make it right, as Owens' hiatus from Raw could be really beneficial for him, because his character has had time to replenish.

And there is no doubt that Owens' return to the company will surely please fans, as he left a hero in his match against Bobby Lashley, so KO returning in the last moments of the Royal Rumble match would put his career on a more exciting path once again.

#2 Bray Wyatt

Wyatt needs credibility, and he needs it now
Wyatt needs credibility, and he needs it now

Bray Wyatt's career mirrors Kevin Owens', as they are both NXT breakout stars who won world titles, but soon become mid-card jobbers for the creative team, yet Wyatt's gimmick allows him many chances to rebuild himself, and it is almost certain that his eventual return to WWE would see him placed higher on the pecking order.

WWE is in desperate need of huge stars, so instead of going out and acquiring huge wrestlers, or calling up semi-developed NXT talent, WWE should rebuild stars like Wyatt.

He is still a huge star that just needs a bit of marketing to catch the attention of wrestling fans, and what better way to do that than to make him the number thirty entrant in the Royal Rumble match?
