5 Bold Predictions for Money in the Bank 2019

This night could have a huge impact on WWE's future!
This night could have a huge impact on WWE's future!

WrestleMania 35 is in the history books and with it, the WWE programming will move forward to a new beginning as we start off a new business year in the company.

The first major stop would be the annual Money in the Bank PPV, scheduled to take place on May 19, 2019, at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. The MITB PPV is one of the most anticipated shows of the year. Not only does it contain amazing high-flying action-filled ladder matches for the briefcase, but WWE has a chance to make a new star!

Remember how Seth Rollins won the MITB and went on to cash in at WrestleMania 31 in the biggest heist of the century? Or Dean Ambrose winning it and cashing it on the same night on Rollins after he beat Roman for the WWE Championship, giving us all 3 Shield members holding the WWE title within 5 minutes of each other? No, don't worry I'm not suggesting Roman Reigns should win this time!

With the Women's Money in the Bank match also introduced a couple of years ago, we are yet to see a memorable run with the briefcase from the women's division. Let's hope we get that as well this year. All and all the Money in the Bank PPV has started shaping up, and soon we should be getting qualifying matches and other feuds for the show.

In this article, let's see my 5 bold predictions for the upcoming Money in the Bank 2019 PPV. Do let me know which one would you love to see happen.

#5 Braun Strowman becomes the United States Champion

About time to put a singles title on the Monster Among Men?
About time to put a singles title on the Monster Among Men?

Braun Strowman famously attacked the United States Champion Samoa Joe, last week. With Finn Balor moving to Smackdown with the Intercontinental Championship, it is safe to assume that Joe would show up at RAW next week with the US Title.

His challenger? The Monster Among Men!

With all the hype and buzz around Strowman, it's tough to realize that he still hasn't won a Singles Championship in WWE (no, that Saudi green title doesn't count!) Having two of WWE's fiercest athletes in Joe and Strowman compete for the US Title would increase its importance by a factor of a thousand.

I'll predict Strowman beats Joe to win the US Title at Money in the Bank in a close match. Joe can come out strong as well if booked properly.
