In a recent report, we noted that WWE has seemingly been advertising current Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar, as part of SmackDown Live in order to promote the blue brand prior to its upcoming deal with Fox Sports.

With SmackDown set to make its debut under Fox on the 4th of October, 2019, Lesnar's name has been used to promote the show during this weekend's Nascar race. Lesnar being the current Universal Champion is on a much lighter schedule with WWE and usually competes in the big pay-per-views. However, during the peak of the Ruthless Aggression Era, 'The Beast Incarnate' was one of the primary mainstays of SmackDown, having established his popularity on the blue brand.

Lesnar's last match on SmackDown took place way back in March of 2004 and during his time with the brand, the former WWE Champion competed against the likes of Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, The Hardy Boyz, and several other notable names as well.

The current SmackDown Live roster also possesses a heap of talent and the roster over on the blue brand is equally stacked as Monday Night Raw. With Lesnar reportedly on his way to SD Live, there are several dream matches 'The Beast' could potentially compete and therefore, here are 5 superstars Brock Lesnar needs to share the ring if he moves to SmackDown Live.

#5. Mustafa Ali

While being in possession of the Universal Championship, Brock Lesnar has provided the WWE Universe with several 'David vs Goliath' dream matches, so to speak. At the 2017 Survivor Series pay-per-view, Lesnar shared the ring with then-WWE Champion, AJ Styles in what fans initially thought was a very odd, unstylish match-up for both parties.

However, that wasn't the case to be, as both Lesnar and Styles put together an instant classic much like the bout between 'The Beast' and 'The New' Daniel Bryan at last year's Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Similarly, Mustafa Ali is someone who is fast and knows all the high-flying skills inside the ring, therefore, a match against Brock Lesnar is bound to be another interesting affair as well.
