5 huge things WWE could be planning to do with the new crop of NXT call-ups
It is official!
Some of the top NXT Superstars - including the NXT Champion, Tomasso Ciampa - made their debuts on the latest episode of RAW.
Ricochet teamed up with Finn Balor to face the team of Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush. Aleister Black defeated Elias. The team of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, formerly known as DIY, defeated the RAW tag team champions, The Revival.
It was reported earlier that these four superstars were spotted backstage, but it was unclear why they were there until Triple H officially announced their debuts.
It's still unclear why these four superstars - especially the North American Champion Johnny Gargano and NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa - made their debut when they have obligations in NXT.
In this thread, we will take a look at a few impressive things WWE might be planning do with the newest bunch of NXT call ups.
#5 Give the casual viewers a taste of NXT
Even though NXT has been far superior to both WWE RAW and SmackDown LIVE in terms of match quality and storytelling, it does not garner as many views as its big brothers. Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Aleister Black, and Ricochet, along with Adam Cole and the Velveteen Dream form the elite layer of the current WWE NXT roster.
So, introducing four of their top superstars to the global audience - and subsequently showing their full potential would grab some attention and may convince most of the humongous amount of casual fans to subscribe to the WWE network and follow NXT.
So far, these four superstars - especially Ricochet - have done an excellent job at grabbing some mainstream attention.
