The SmackDown roster presents the final WWE pay-per-view of 2017 this weekend, when Clash of Champions takes place live from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

Clash of Champions already has seven matches announced for the show, which will be just the second annual event under this name. The first WWE Clash of Champions event back in 2016 was a Raw-exclusive show, which means for many WWE stars, this is will be their first performance at the event.

Even though there have only been two shows under this name and current format, there are still a number of facts that the WWE Universe are unaware of when it comes to this highly anticipated event.

#5. Charlotte's Championship dominance

Charlotte has been able to make a lot of history throughout her two years on the main roster and it seems that the facts speak for themselves when it comes to the debate of who the best female wrestler in WWE is currently.

Charlotte is just one of the six superstars who were on the Raw roster and part of Clash of Champions last year and is the only one of these stars, who is set to walk into her second Clash of Champions event as the Women's Champion.

Last year, Charlotte successfully defended her Raw Women's Championship against Sasha Banks and Bayley, whilst she walks into this year's event with the SmackDown Women's Championship ahead of her title defence against Natalya. Will the history repeat itself in the first ever Lumberjill match in Clash of Champions history?
