5 Major surprises that could happen at WWE Super ShowDown

Super Showdown is edging closer
Super Showdown is edging closer

This coming Friday, WWE will travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for their show, which is being called Super ShowDown.

Per usual, the company's trip to Saudia Arabia will feature a few returning legends, as WWE has routinely offered some of their biggest names a ton of money to wrestle in the country.

On this past Monday's installment of Raw, Brock Lesnar took the element of surprise out of Friday's Universal Championship match by telling Paul Heyman that he's planning to cash in his Money in the Bank contract either during or after the Seth Rollins vs. Baron Corbin match.

But, while Lesnar spoiled his own cash-in date on Monday, there's still room for a lot of other major surprises on the show.

So, without further ado, here are five major surprises that could happen at this coming Friday's Super ShowDown event, which will be shown on the WWE Network.

#5 Dolph Ziggler wins WWE Championship, Brock Lesnar cashes in

If WWE wants to throw a major swerve at their audience, they could do two in one match. Sure, Brock Lesnar did say that he was going to cash in his Money in the Bank contract during Super ShowDown, and many are predicting that he'll do so during the Universal Championship match.

However, he could end up doing so after the WWE Championship match has concluded.

Moreover, they could have Dolph Ziggler defeat Kofi Kingston for the title, which would shock everyone. Then, they could have Lesnar cash in, destroy Ziggler, and just for good measure, destroy Kingston en-route to winning the WWE Title.

Also, you could make the argument, due to the WWE's impending move to the Fox network, that Brock Lesnar could be valuable as SmackDown Live's top guy, which would likely help the ratings be where they should be, following the move.
