5 mistakes WWE shouldn't make at Hell in a Cell
Hell in a Cell comes to us this Sunday night from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. While the wrestling fan in us is very excited to see a lot of firsts happen; we are also very cautious, knowing how often WWE disappoints us these days.
While we have no doubt that the talent will give it all they have, if these 5 booking decisions are taken, we feel that the PPV may be a letdown.
No Mercy was a pretty solid show, all said and done; and here are 5 things WWE can avoid to ensure that Hell in a Cell, the first gimmick PPV since the brand split, also lives up to the expectations of wrestling fans.
#5 Having Roman vs Rusev main event the show
Based on moderately positive reactions from the WWE Universe in the recent past, it has been established that Roman Reigns belongs to the mid card. And while we don’t doubt the fact that Roman and Rusev will tear the house down, if given half a chance; it this match were to go on last...it would get booed out of the building.
As Stephanie McMahon reminded us several times today, this PPV basically has 3 main events. All said and done, we beg to differ. The pay-per-view has 2 main events and 3 Hell in a Cell matches. This is a match that should be sandwiched somewhere in the middle, in a spot where it doesn’t get annihilated by the smarky Boston crowd.
Heck, it’s fine if this match were to open the show too, very honestly!
