Whenever a wrestling fan talks about WrestleMania and its storied history, The Undertaker's name pops up immediately. The Phenom made his WrestleMania debut at the 7th edition of the annual extravaganza and went on to carve out possibly the greatest streak in all of pro-wrestling. Taker has stated several times in the past that WrestleMania is his yard, and rightfully so.
The Biggest Party of the Summer is almost upon us. Looking back at the history of possibly the 2nd biggest WWE PPV of the year, one can't help but think of who is worthy enough to call SummerSlam his yard. Many have said that Bret "The Hitman" Hart is worthy of making that statement, but there's a certain beast who makes an even stronger case when it comes to calling SummerSlam his yard.
Let's take a look at 5 moments that prove why SummerSlam is Brock Lesnar's yard.

It didn't take long for Brock Lesnar to make a mark on the main roster following his debut on the night after WrestleMania 18. He went on to win the King of the Ring tournament and became the #1 contender for the WWE title at SummerSlam. At Vengeance 2002, The Rock defeated Kurt Angle and Undertaker to win the WWE title and kicked off a feud with the rookie.
At SummerSlam, the crowd got behind Lesnar as The Rock was set to leave WWE for Hollywood after the PPV. Lesnar defeated The Rock with an F5 and won his first WWE title to an incredibly positive reaction from the crowd. This was just the beginning, as Lesnar went on to compete and put down the likes of Undertaker, Kurt Angle, and The Big Show in the coming months.
