5 names who can help Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso against The Bloodline following WWE SmackDown
After leaving Bad Blood with the upper hand over Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso were left beaten at the end of SmackDown. Jimmy was happy to be back but questioned why Roman thought things would immediately return to the way they were before Roman left after WrestleMania 40. He mentioned that a lot has changed since Roman left and that they may need some help.
Jimmy's self-awareness about the situation should force The Head of the Table to come up with a different battle plan. If he can adapt to the new changes, he may need help from any of the following five WWE names.
#5. Jey Uso is on RAW but is still family
After nearly 15 years as a tag team, the Usos broke up and battled each other at WrestleMania 40. Things have changed since then, with Jey moving to RAW and winning the Intercontinental Title.
Jimmy realized that things needed to change now that he was back. Going to his twin brother seems like a no-brainer if he needs help against his little brother and his dangerous friends.
It would give Jey a meaningful angle to close out the year as WWE is clearly building to a Bloodline vs. Bloodline match at WarGames.
#4. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis stands his ground
When Roman Reigns was in charge of things on SmackDown, he routinely tried to bully GM Nick Aldis into doing his bidding. Adam Pearce reluctantly caved into Reigns' demands, but Aldis always stood his ground.
The former NWA Worlds Champion doesn't like how Solo and his minions have run roughshod over SmackDown every week. Reigns and Jimmy could try to show him respect by asking him for help.
He could impose stricter guidelines for future matches and follow through with punishments if needed for stepping out of line.
#3. Sami Zayn changed the group's dynamic before
Sami Zayn has been one of Jey Uso's allies on RAW. He was always close with The Yeet Master and helped facilitate his face turn. The two have backed each other up when needed.
While The Bloodline battled Zayn and Kevin Owens last year, the dynamics have greatly shifted in WWE. Solo is drunk with power and has no problem brutalizing Jimmy and Paul Heyman.
As a hero, The Underdog from the Underground always sticks up for others against bullies. If Roman Reigns could admit his fault with how things went down with Zayn, Sami would likely forgive and help him.
#2. Seek council from a Wiseman
Paul Heyman was the advocate for not only Roman Reigns but also The Bloodline. He represented the groups in feuds when Reigns wasn't present on programming. Heyman also spoke for the Usos and Solo Sikoa in their battles.
Having The Wiseman gave The Bloodline a leg up against any competition. Heyman has been in the business for decades, leading stars like Brock Lesnar, the Dangerous Alliance, and CM Punk.
Solo Sikoa's Bloodline doesn't have a Wiseman, mainly relying on the numbers advantage. Roman Reigns could reinvest time with Heyman since he's a master strategist. Having a General on the sidelines can help Jimmy and Roman overcome a number's disadvantage with strong planning.
#1. Does The Rock still consider Roman Reigns The Tribal Chief?
One huge player in the Bloodline saga finally returned to action at Bad Blood. After months away from WWE following WrestleMania 40, The Rock closed Bad Blood by gesturing to the ring and leaving.
Was he targeting Solo Sikoa, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, or everyone? Both sides may try to bring The People's Champion to their cause. Rock was last seen allied with Reigns, so The Original Tribal Chief may think his loyalty is still with him.
Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso could go to the Rock for backup. What he chooses to do would set the stage for the next few months and possibly WrestleMania 41.
The Great One may agree to help his cousin but then turn on him for losing control of the group. He's probably still upset that Roman dropped the Undisputed title to Rhodes.
