It was all carnage and chaos, at the conclusion of NXT
It was all carnage and chaos, at the conclusion of NXT

This week's episode of NXT wasn't as strong as last week's episode was. After all, you cannot possibly hope to top a WarGames announcement, can you? What it did provide was an insight into WarGames. And the kind of carnage that we can expect at NXT Takeover: WarGames on Survivor Series weekend.

There were plenty of points to note, however, and we have five of the most salient ones listed here for your benefit and so that you read between the lines, with regard to the action that just transpired. Hope you enjoy our special countdown.

Here are 5 points to note from the latest episode of NXT TV.

#5 More than one subplot

In addition to the central storylines, sub plots are developing too!
In addition to the central storylines, mini feuds are developing too!

There's a little under two weeks to go for NXT Takeover: WarGames from Houston and the action is certain to be fast and furious at the show. However, there are certain subplots that are being built around the show that should play out in an interesting manner over the next week or two.

Mercedes Martinez does not think Ember Moon can get it done when it matters, and Moon wants to prove the Mae Young Classic competitor wrong. Their match will play out next week. Ruby Riot and Sonya Deville have been at odds as well, and they're headed for a collision course, too, very soon.

We are curious to see how the tensions that have been building between Moss and Sabbatelli and The Street Profits will culminate in the ring as well, as we head into Takeover and the next round of tapings for NXT.

The future will be quite interesting from the looks of it.
