WWE has been having pole matches for decades. The point of these matches is that something is suspended on a pole above the ring and the winner is then the person who can reach the object and use it.

Recently, Alexa Bliss and Bayley had a 'Kendo Stick on a Pole' match back at Extreme Rules, which saw Bliss win the match when she climbed the turnbuckle and retrieved the kendo stick so that she could legally use it as a weapon.

This week on Monday Night Raw the WWE Universe will see a 'Guitar on a Pole' match for the very first time as Elias takes on Jason Jordan with the winner then being able to use the Guitar as a weapon.

There have been many things on the line in these matches over the years, but here are some of the strangest objects to be suspended on a pole.

#5 Fuzzy dice on a pole match

The WWE Universe has been spoilt over the past few years with some of the best women's matches that the company has ever seen, but it hasn't always been this way.

Back in 2008, the women of WWE competed in a Number One Contenders match for the Divas Championship in a Las Vegas Pole (Fuzzy Dice on a pole) match on an episode of SmackDown. The match saw the likes of Maryse, Natalya, Maria, Brie Bella and Victoria collide in a match where all five women tried to climb the turnbuckle and retrieve the dice. In the end, it was Maria who won the match but failed when she cashed in the opportunity.
