There was a bit of bad news delivered to us a couple of months ago, which said that Cesaro picked up an injury and would be out through WrestleMania 32. Sources earlier this week have said that his return is set for the WWE’s UK Tour in April, and that’s certainly something to rejoice over.

By that time, we’ll likely have a new Intercontinental Champion, and maybe a new United States and WWE World Heavyweight Champion as well, and who knows what WWE can do with Cesaro?

This article looks at five different ways Cesaro can be used upon his return, and bear in mind that it’s all speculation, and nothing has been confirmed.

Go after the United States Championship

Again?

Cesaro has held the United States Championship in the past, but who’s to say that he won’t hold it again? WWE have hinted numerous times at moving forward with Cesaro, but that hasn’t quite happened just yet, and perhaps a step back is the answer to getting him in the spotlight again, and it would give the United States title someone special as its holder.

And should Ryback win at WrestleMania, it might make for a good match between the two men as well, and a lengthy reign as United States Champion may well help Cesaro regain his footing.
