5 reasons why WWE's cruiserweight division hasn't been successful so far

WWE's Cruiserweight Division is a powerhouse of talent. The division is filled with high-flying action, agility and quickness. It was well-hyped before it was introduced, but those days have come and gone. In fact, the arena often goes silent as soon as they announce a cruiserweight division match on RAW.
Despite having the talent and the hype, the cruiserweight division has failed miserably. Ever wondered why? Here are five reasons why the Cruiserweight Division is a failure.
#1 Lack of good storylines

WWE, since the commencement, has been extremely famous due to its storylines, build up and feuds. In 2016, it brought back the Cruiserweight Division. The Cruiserweight Division has proved to be a mountain out of a molehill.
WWE has failed to come up with new storylines and interesting matches for the cruiserweights. There is no character build in the division and the matches have become fairly boring and monotonous. The Cruiserweight Classic oozed out talent, but these talents are not booked properly. ‘Boring’ chants are often heard in the arena during a cruiserweight match.
Booking strong and consistent stories is key to building the division.
