5 reasons why Jason Jordan would have been a better choice for Survivor Series than Triple H
Jason Jordan was added to the RAW Men's Survivor Series team by his kayfabe father Kurt Angle. Although he begged and pleaded, he ended up taking a pedigree from The Game, and the initial fan reaction was positive.
This was because many fans felt that Jordan stood out as a weak name among the star-studded teams of RAW and SmackDown Live.
However, after the main event of Survivor Series, there was a big negative fan response at Triple H's role in the match. Despite the fact that The King Of Kings is a 14-time World Champion, his role in the match only watered it down and led to a very bad finish and a sour taste in the mouths of fans.
Despite being the youngest and least experienced out of all the superstars, Jason Jordan would have been a far better choice than Triple H for the Survivor Series team, and here is why.
#5 - Fresher, younger faces makes the match better
Last year at Survivor Series, both teams were filled with entirely younger talent and fresher faces(with the exception of Shane McMahon). Even Chris Jericho played his role well. The two teams put on a 53-minute clinic of a match and it's arguably the best Survivor Series elimination match of all time.
This time around, things were different. John Cena was in last-minute thrown together role and his presence in the match was almost unfelt altogether. Shane McMahon and Triple H didn't do any favours occupying the roles either.
Jason Jordan's presence in the match would undoubtedly have enhanced the match, even if he were not to last for long. It also helps give some fresher faces.
