5 reasons why Kevin Owens should have returned on RAW
Vince McMahon made a surprising announcement this week on RAW when he replaced Kofi Kingston from the match between Kingston and Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship at Fastlane, with the returning Kevin Owens.
Owens, who has been out due to injury, returned to SmackDown and not RAW (he was on the red brand before his spell out of action), and was directly put in the WWE Championship match.
Many fans are unhappy that Kofi's shot at the WWE Championship has been robbed by Owens, and that it doesn't make sense for The Prizefighter to return to SmackDown than RAW.
Here are 5 reasons why Kevin Owens should have returned on RAW rather than SmackDown:
#5 Abrupt end to his RAW story
Owens was injured by Bobby Lashley on RAW, which was a way for WWE to write him off television to get surgery on both his knees.

But his return to WWE on SmackDown means that his RAW story does not get an ending, or even payback to the Superstar who injured him.
#4 SmackDown Live is the B show
It's quite obvious, at least till the Fox deal begins, that SmackDown Live is the B show of WWE, and the Superstars on the blue brand don't get enough time to impress and build storylines.
WWE Superstars get more screen time to build the character and have a greater influence on the stories that they build on RAW.
Owens is perhaps one of the best all-round Superstars on the WWE roster, with the ability to put on great matches as well as being great on the mic. The RAW roster also seems to have bigger stars, and with Owens having already had a decent run on SmackDown recently, it was time for him to make a good impression on RAW as well.
