The Royal Rumble concluded with Seth Rollins outlasting 28 other men and one woman to win arguably the most entertaining event in the WWE. With this, the Architect now has a ticket to WrestleMania as Rollins now has a chance to challenge for the WWE Universal Title or the WWE Championship.

Rollins was asked about whether he is contemplating challenging Lesnar for the Universal title and he didn’t rule out the option. In fact, he claimed that Finn Balor’s performance against the Beast Incarnate gave him hope that men with a rather small stature can beat the former UFC Heavyweight champion.

Safe to say, there is a good chance that Rollins feuds with Lesnar in the upcoming weeks. With that in mind, here are five reasons why he should opt to challenge Lesnar and Lesnar only and win the Universal title at WrestleMania…

#5 Poetic

The Universal title was relinquished by Roman Reigns as the wrestler from the legendary Anoa’i family had to battle with leukaemia. In an emotional episode of RAW on October 22, 2018, Reigns announced that his leukaemia had returned and that he had to leave the promotion for the time being and work on putting the dangerous disease back into remission.

Before he left the stage, an emotional Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose came together to form a group hug with the outgoing Reigns. Later that night, Dean Ambrose turned heel by attacking Rollins and broke up the Shield.

The title was with a Shield member before it went to Lesnar and it would be poetic for another Shield member to win it – even if the faction doesn’t exist anymore. It would not only be poetic but a great tribute to Roman Reigns, who considers Rollins his brother.
