Why Triple H could retire after WrestleMania 34

Could WrestleMania 34 be the end of the road for HHH?
Could WrestleMania 34 be the final WrestleMania appearance for HHH?

Triple H is a man who's lived a life others can only dream of. From a mid-card WCW performer to the top guy not just on screen, but behind the scenes as well, his journey has been long and storied. Moreover, he's married to the boss' daughter. One day, he may just rule the kingdom we know today as WWE.

At WrestleMania 34, he teams up with Stephanie McMahon to take on Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey. As the ultimate heels, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will do their best to put the babyfaces over, we believe. However, what's next for the Cerebral Assassin?

We have reason to believe that he may call it a day following WrestleMania. In this article, we will outline 5 reasons why this is so.

#5 Not a young man anymore

As we've seen in the video packages leading up to WrestleMania 34, Triple H still stays in great shape thanks to his fitness regime. The fact, however, remains that he's 48 years old, and wrestling has always been a young man's game. Maybe it's time for 'The Game' to retire.

In addition to the fact that Triple H is one of the oldest performers on the roster, one also has to factor in that fans have seen him perform for many years. When they see the older Triple H, they remember the performer that he used to be, in his heyday. This is hardly ever a good thing, really.

Nobody would begrudge Triple H if he chose to retire after WrestleMania. After all, he's given his all to the business, over many years!
