5 released WWE Superstars Vince McMahon should bring back soon

WWE recruits new talent every once in a while. If a wrestler matches WWE’s standards, he will debut on the main roster. Otherwise, that Superstar will work on their developmental brand first.

Vince McMahon prefers experimenting with his Superstars to see whether they can hang on the main roster. Jinder Mahal, for instance, received a WWE Championship run since gaining an athletic physique. However, it didn't work well.

Jinder is now a lower-mid card Superstar and unlikely to receive a push soon. Meanwhile, Vince has released some talents who didn’t benefit the product. Some took it as a compliment and became better, while others are yet to mend themselves.

Following are five former WWE Superstars Vince McMahon should rehire.

#5 Big Cass

WWE Officials had big hopes from Big Cass. While Cass had the potential to become a top villain, backstage issues led to his unfortunate departure.

Speaking to Booker T, the now-released Superstar said this:

If I’m going to be honest with you, I made a lot of mistakes. I made a lot of mistakes in a very short period of time. I did some things that I shouldn’t have done. I guess the company couldn’t rely on me and couldn’t trust me. Look, I’ll just be honest with you, in my opinion, they made the right decision for them. It was the right decision to get rid of me at that point in time - not to say I won’t be back - but at that point in time, they definitely made the right decision for them.

Cass realized his mistakes which means he won't repeat them. However, this isn't the only reason why he deserves another chance. The former WWE Superstar is also a great in-ring performer and could quickly become a top heel. It will reinforce WWE's heel roster which is “best for business.” For now, we have to wait until Cass' ROH contract expires after which he could possibly return to WWE.
