WWE has produced several great Superstars over the years who have entertained the fans with their phenomenal wrestling skills. In the rich history of the company, many Superstars have performed exceptionally inside the squared circle, and at the right time, called it a day on their careers.

However, in the world of sports entertainment, retirements are not forever. The retired Superstars came out of retirement much to the shock of the fans. The best example of this case is Edge, who made his earth-shattering return at Royal Rumble 2020 and will battle Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing match at WrestleMania 36.

Often, these returns are driven by the motive that the Superstars making a comeback will get to work in their dream storylines. Here are five retired Superstars and who they want to face after coming out of retirement.

Former WWE Divas Champion, Nikki Bella, announced her retirement on 25th March 2019, and she will not be making her return to the ring anytime soon as she is pregnant. However, she has stayed optimistic about her future inside the ring.

During one of the episodes of Bella Podcast, she said that if Stephanie McMahon challenges her for a match, she would not think for a second and accept that challenge.

Answering the question as to who could get her out of retirement, Nikki said:

“I’m 35, and that is how I want to think of it, so yes [I’m still retired]. But if Stephanie McMahon wants to call me out, you damn right, I will get back in that ring and take my boss on.”

McMahon and Bella have a lot of history and it would be great to see both of them lock horns in the ring one day.
