5 Shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend - Logan Paul special, Cody Rhodes tormented on past SmackDown

WWE Network and Peacock's library is incredibly impressive. While the rate of new uploads has slowed down by a considerable margin, the archives are still a dream come true for wrestling fans and it grows every single week.

For example, Monday saw two new uploads. The first was a documentary highlighting Damian Priest, while the latter was a standard episode of RAW Talk. In addition to those uploads, a week-old episode of NXT was made available on Tuesday.

Wednesday featured just one new video, which was a month-old edition of Monday Night RAW. Lastly, Thursday saw a new video from the This Week In WWE series added to the archives.

While most weekends without a premium live event tend to be slow, there are five full-length videos set to stream over the next few days. This includes a special highlighting Logan Paul, new in-ring action, and more.

Below are five shows coming to WWE Network and Peacock this weekend.

#5. The SmackDown LowDown's next episode will air

A new episode of The SmackDown LowDown will be arriving in the archives on Saturday, August 10, 2024. This edition of the series should be made available on both WWE Network and Peacock by noon EST.

The series features Megan Morant and Scott Stanford analyzing and discussing the events from SmackDown the prior night. In addition to their thoughts and comments, three interviews are typically spliced in throughout the program with talent from the blue brand.

Last week's edition of The SmackDown LowDown can be seen on-demand and the interview portions are in the video above. Andrade was first to chat, followed by a frustrated Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. Lastly, B-Fab and the Street Profits were interviewed but ultimately found themselves interrupted by A-Town Down Under.

#4. WWE Main Event & #3. Friday Night SmackDown, two recent shows will be added on-demand

Two shows that aired on other platforms will be arriving on both WWE Network and Peacock this weekend. The two shows include SmackDown and Main Event, which first air on the FOX Network and Hulu, respectively. They are then added weeks later due to contractual obligations preventing immediate uploads.

WWE Main Event from July 25, 2024, will be added to the archives on Saturday, August 10, 2024. This edition of Main Event saw three stars from NXT in action, along with a member of the Latino World Order. The opening bout featured Axiom vs. Joaquin Wilde. The main event of Main Event featured Jacy Jayne taking on Brinley Reece.

Friday Night SmackDown from July 12, 2024, will arrive on-demand on Sunday, August 11, 2024. This show was most notable for the torment that Cody Rhodes went through courtesy of The Bloodline. The group made him watch as his mentor and friend, Randy Orton, was viciously attacked.

#2. NXT Level Up will stream

A new episode of NXT Level Up will be streaming on both WWE Network and Peacock on Friday, August 9, 2024, beginning at 10 PM EST immediately following SmackDown on FOX. As is the norm, the show will not be made available on-demand for Peacock subscribers after first streaming for weeks, so check it out as it first airs.

For those unaware, Level Up is NXT's B-show. While it used to just feature matches with little story like Main Event, the program has had an update recently and includes more promos and feuds. The main event of the night is scheduled to be Edris Enofe vs. Kale Dixon.

Beyond that bout, Level Up will also feature a return. Keanu Carver will make his comeback in a match with Dante Chen. Additionally, Wendy Choo is set to take on the talented newcomer Lainey Reid.

#1. A Logan Paul compilation will be added to the archives

The Best Of WWE will be back with a brand new episode on both WWE Network and Peacock this weekend. More specifically, the compilation series will be made available on Friday, August 9, 2024.

This edition of the program will highlight Logan Paul. The Maverick has been with World Wrestling Entertainment on a part-time basis for around two years now. Despite being so new and coming from a different background compared to most, Paul has quickly adapted to the industry.

It is not yet clear how long the compilation will be, but given his limited catalog thus far, matches with stars such as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, The Miz, and Kevin Owens will likely be included.
