Before we start this discussion, let us conveniently ignore the fact that Brock Lesnar is holding the Universal championship, against the will of the majority of the WWE Universe. Apart from that, we can see that WWE has actually begun listening to its fans.

Even though most of the decisions do not reflect this attitude, there are a few that definitely show us the company's willingness to give the fans what they desire. From fan favorites getting a world title shot to non-fan favorites getting humiliated, there are certainly signs that paint a promising picture - at least to a major extent.

In this list, we will take a look at a few of those instances that have happened in recent times that prove the fact that WWE is actually listening and acting based on fan reactions. We have including moments from the past year, so without further adieu, let us get started.

Just two weeks prior to the 2019 Elimination Chamber, Kofi Kingston was yet another veteran on the roster who could not make it to the Elimination Chamber card. However, due to Mustafa Ali suffering from an injury, Kingston got the opportunity to replace him for the WWE championship match inside the Chamber.

Kofi's first step was going more than halfway through a gauntlet match involving all six members of the Chamber title match.

Kingston defeated the WWE champion Daniel Bryan, Samoa Joe, and Jeff Hardy, before succumbing to a calf crusher from AJ Styles. However, this single show of endurance earned the 4-time Intercontinental Champion all the respect from WWE fans all over the world.

During the Elimination Chamber PPV, Kofi Kingston's name was chanted louder than anyone else as the fans vociferously cheered the underdog in the main event.

Thus, WWE decided to listen to the fans and give Kofi another opportunity at the WWE title at Fastlane.
