5 SummerSlam matches likely to take place following WWE Extreme Rules

The 2019 WWE Extreme Rules PPV is officially in the books, and after several twists and turns, new Champions were crowned and the age of The Beast is once again upon the WWE Universe.
The PPV saw the triumphant return of The Undertaker, who just weeks after a very disappointing showing at WWE Super ShowDown redeemed himself with a great performance alongside his tag team partner Roman Reigns.
Following the PPV, it appears as if the WWE SummerSlam card might be taking an early shape, with possible Extreme Rules matches and fresh bouts being signalled for next month's PPV after Sunday's event in Philadelphia.
Given the above, let's take a look at 5 likely WWE SummerSlam bouts following tonight's Extreme Rules PPV.
#5. The Undertaker vs. Drew McIntyre

"Enjoy it, ladies and gentlemen. We don't know how many more times we are going to be able to enjoy what we witnessed tonight. The absolute athletic prowess of one of the greatest of all-time."
The above words were spoken by Michael Cole immediately following The Undertaker and Roman Reigns' win over Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at WWE Extreme Rules. The quote drove home the fact that The Dead Man's WWE in-ring future remains in limbo, despite an impressive showing from the ageing Phenom at Extreme Rules.
Following tonight's PPV, it looks like The Undertaker still has what it takes to pull off a solid match, making a singles bout between 'Taker and Drew McIntyre very likely for SummerSlam next month.
It was reported earlier this week that plans for Undertaker vs McIntyre are not set in stone as of now, but the bout very well could take place at SummerSlam, taking place in August, as The Undertaker is scheduled to appear at the PPV.
It was also reported following WWE Super ShowDown that Drew McIntyre is someone The Undertaker is very much interested in working with, making the bout likely for one of WWE's biggest PPV events of the year.
