5 Superstars Uncle Howdy could target if he returns on WWE RAW after Clash at the Castle

After months of glitches, QR codes, and vignettes, WWE teased Uncle Howdy and his rumored faction's debut on RAW after Clash at the Castle. The latest QR codes over the weekend revealed a countdown to the red brand's next episode in Corpus Christi, Texas. It's widely expected that Bray Wyatt's former partner will make his return on the show and that he won't be alone.

What is uncertain, however, is what Howdy and the rumored Wyatt 6 group could do on the show. Will they simply appear at the end of the program like The Eater of Worlds did at Extreme Rules 2022? Will they have a promo segment or a non-cryptic introductory vignette? Or will they make a splash by going after fellow superstars?

Here are five superstars Uncle Howdy and his rumored faction could target on WWE RAW.

#5 Karrion Kross could be Uncle Howdy's first target on WWE RAW due to his gimmick

Karrion Kross is one of the few remaining mystical characters left in WWE today. The Doom Walker has drifted from feud to feud since returning to the company in 2022, mostly ending up on the losing end. However, a curious pattern has emerged, with most of Kross' opponents turning heel shortly after crossing his path.

Given that he's the only character on Monday Night RAW that is surrounded by mystery, Kross could be the best first opponent for Uncle Howdy. Should their feud connect with the audience, it could do wonders for both men and their factions going forward, making fans excited to see them clash with other superstars.

Imagine the visual of The Final Testament confronting Nikki Cross, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, and Joe Gacy!

#4 & #3 Uncle Howdy's faction could target Awesome Truth's R-Truth and The Miz for the World Tag Team Title

Some of the names rumored to be in the Wyatt 6 faction with Uncle Howdy include Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, and Joe Gacy. If the reports are correct, it's safe to assume that the group will include a tag team. Whichever combination this happens to be, they could make an instant impact by going straight after the champions.

It would be especially interesting to see how R-Truth's comedic persona meshes with mystical opponents. It would also present Uncle Howdy as a bigger threat on WWE RAW if two members of his faction took out one of the top tandems in the division. The faction leader could then take his time to choose his target, creating more interest in his eventual first rivalry.

#2 Some fans think Uncle Howdy has revealed Chad Gable as his first target

Uncle Howdy's latest vignettes at WWE Clash at the Castle revealed an intriguing clue that has left fans flummoxed. The videos contain the message, "You changed. You stopped saying thank you," along with the initials "C.G". This has led viewers to think he will target Chad Gable, whose name bears the same initials and who has recently turned heel, abandoning his "Ah-Thank You!" catchphrase.

What no one can seem to figure out, however, is what reason Howdy would have to target the Alpha Academy leader. Even stranger is the timing, with Gable in the middle of a red-hot angle involving Sami Zayn and Otis. With no memorable history between the former Olympian and any of the rumored Wyatt 6 members, it will be intriguing to see what connection is established between them, if any.

#1 Braun Strowman and Uncle Howdy were both introduced to WWE by Bray Wyatt

Braun Strowman debuted in WWE as the Wyatt Family's Black Sheep. The Monster of All Monsters spent almost a year under Bray Wyatt's tutelage before making a splash as a solo competitor. He later faced off against his former leader in the latter's "Fiend" era and lost the Universal Championship.

Uncle Howdy also debuted under Wyatt's wing upon the three-time world champion's 2022 return to the Stamford-based promotion. The mysterious figure in a top hat and trench coat featured in multiple vignettes and promo segments, helping Wyatt attack prominent stars like LA Knight and Bobby Lashley. However, he was unable to make his in-ring debut before his partner's untimely passing.

It's difficult to think of a more poetic first opponent for the returning Howdy than The Monster Among Men.
