5 Superstars who deserve a lot better at WrestleMania 35

Is WWE going to announce a few more matches on the Raw and SmackDown before WrestleMania to add to an already overstuffed card?

It's great that WWE wants to have as many superstars as possible on the pre-show or main card of the Grandest Stage of Them All, but the fact is that not everyone is a good fit for either of the battle royals.

And that's not to say those who aren't even in matches at a wrestling PPV but who are going to 'be a part' of the show nonetheless.

While superstars like Seth Rollins, Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch obviously have some of the top spots on the card, that doesn't mean that everyone else is going to get what amounts to a deserving spot.

Most of the flotsam and jetsam of superstars will get shoved into the meaningless battle royals that have no prize given to the respective winners.

Why should we care about the winner if they don't have anything worthy to fight for by winning said battle royals?

It's understandable that not every single WWE superstar will get a spot that they may or may not deserve at WrestleMania, but the likes of Asuka and Braun Strowman shouldn't be in a match with the likes of Mojo Rawley, Curt Hawkins and Dana Brooke.

With that being said, here are five WWE superstars who deserve a lot better than what they are currently booked for at WrestleMania 35.

#5. Elias

WWE clearly feels Elias is over enough that he doesn't need a title to justify it.

Didn't he have some sort of performance at last year's show too? It turns out that he interrupted John Cena when Cena ran to the ring thinking that the Undertaker was there for a fight.

But instead, out waltzed the troubadour, guitar in hand to serenade those loyal fans in attendance and those watching at home. Before he could complete his ode to the suck that he believed was Cena, Cena jumped the rail and laid out 'the Drifter' before he was eventually squashed by 'the Phenom'.

So what should lead us to think that anything different will happen since he is slated 'to perform' again?

I'd be mightily surprised if someone didn't cut his performance short, because that's all his singing segments are good for, just like how 'A Moment of Bliss' is also always interrupted.

For a guy who has been entertaining all year as both a heel and a face, another token performance that is cut short by the return of a legend or whomever seems like a waste.
