5 superstars with the most number of matches in 2017
WWE Superstars are known to be workhorses, working over 300 days in a calendar year. Professional Wrestling is a hectic industry for everyone involved, but providing complete entertainment for the fans is the only thing these amazing guys think of.
With the brand split happening in 2016, the number of live shows, as well as the PPVs, produced increased exponentially this year. WWE is planning to conduct house shows for the 205 Live roster as well, so expect the number to increase next year as well.
We look at five superstars who had to put in the most amount of work this year in WWE.
#5 The Bar - 162 Matches
WWE's tag team division scaled new heights in 2017, with the performances of the Bar, Usos, New Day, Hardy Boyz, etc, getting rave reviews. Cesaro and Sheamus became a tag team last year, a decision which seemed weird at first, but has led to some exceptional matches.
Cesaro and Sheamus are true workhorses in every sense of the word and have been rewarded for their performances by winning the tag team championships thrice this year.
Their prolonged rivalry with SHIELD may be a lackluster point this year but it doesn't take away their credibility and top-notch performances.
